I answet this questionaire on behalf of my mother who sadly passed away on 18/10/2022 at St. Lukes the care my mother received from all the ladies who visited mum at home in the 2 weeks before she was admitted to hospice was without doubt the most caring, respectful, professional service. The time and the warmth shown to my mum, who I knew always made them laugh was greatly appreciated. A special mention to Donna (who my mum named the patient in order to remember her name) I would also like to thank from the bottom of my heart Sarah Eart, without whom, I do not know how I would have coped, extraordinary professional, calm, caring and informative and someone I came to rely on heavily without Sarah I do not know what I would have done and thank you all very much.
